Birth Doula Support
Birth is rarely a straight path, but with education, physical, and emotional support you can have the empowering birth you’ve always envisioned.
Chances are you've arrived here because you're interested in having a "better" birthing experience.
Maybe your friend or provider recommended a doula, but you have your doubts.
So...what does a doula even do?
A doula can be so many things: an educator, a confidant, a non-judgmental listening ear, a calming presence, a coach, a double hip squeezer, a throw-up catcher, a “you can do this, you are doing this, you are so strong” cheerleader.
As your doula I provide education, evidence-based information, and physical and emotional support to make your birthing experience fully yours; an experience that feels empowering to you. We work together to help you create a birth and postpartum plan that fits your unique family and then we put together the pieces to make those plans work.
